Shipping & Delivery

Shipping:
Shipping is carried by "EMS-Registered Air Mail". Delivery time changes depending on destination Country, but generally 48/72 hours ME, and 48/96 hours for Extra ME using carrier. Eshtre.com cannot be hold responsible for the Carriers late deliveries. On shipping of goods the customer will be sent a confirmation of shipping email. There is a limit for things that could be shipped using postal service, customers will be contacted when this limit exceed.

Order Processing:
Orders are accepted same day if placed before 5pm, and they are processed on the next 2 working days.

Time Requirements:
Time requirements are meant working days only, monday to friday, national holiday excluded, and in any case not during nor including the company annual leave period which will be communicated in good time on the website homepage.
